Responsibilities

We are now looking for an engaged and flexible medical secretary who wants to become part of our well-functioning team. With us, you will have varied tasks, including working with administrative aspects of reception and clinic support, reception work, and daily patient contact. The role also includes registration and handling in various systems as well as other administrative tasks that contribute to an efficient workflow in the organization. We work in PMO, Praktikertjänst app, Pascal, and 1177. The position does not focus on medical record writing, as this is done externally.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained medical secretary and who thrives in a role where service, structure, and collaboration are at the center.
